If you look at our planet in the 1950s you would see that the continents Europe and North America would be 4 feet closer together. There would also be 2/3 less humans as there is now on Earth., earth, twice as many trees covering the land and, three times as muck drinking water available to us. Another reason of future human extinction is coming is the rapid climate change. The rapid climate change is causing the Arctic ice cap to melt at a fast pace. The human race would become extinct by over population, more devastating natural disasters, along with continents converging together. Global warming is causing more powerful hurricanes and even more intense. Warmer ocean water makes the wind speed of a hurricane more power full and more destructive. Hurricanes get their strength from water that has been heated to at least 80 degrees Fahrenheit. The global temperature is rising so that makes the water warmer in turn that makes the hurricanes more intense and higher wind speed. Typical ly about 85 tropical storms form on earth each year but only half of them go on to become a full hurricane. Only nine hurricanes on average form annually in the Atlantic ocean. An example of natural disasters is the hurricane Irene that came thought here 2 years ago. The weather channel said that it would only be a level two hurricane and it was one of the worst hurricane that my granddaddy has seen in a long time.
